This program tailors to those who are just getting back to the gym and trying to lay the foundation for major growth in their journey. This 12-week program has three workouts per week and each focuses on maneuverability and strength using either dumbbells or kettlebells for your whole body. This program is suited to prepare you for compound and multi-joint movements using a barbell in the future. It also includes a few circuits throughout the training regimen along with treadmill walks to help your cardiovascular system adapt and improve. This program is most suited for people with a brief history in strength training under the age of twelve, or over the age of fifty-five. If you are BRAND new to the strength training world, you might consider the Foundational Phase One Program. This Foundational Phase Two Program builds off the first phase, but it can also be purchased as a stand alone program if you think it's better for you. The majority of these workouts include two sets of ten repetitions of exercises that get progressively more difficult as time passes.
